Awards and Reviews

Some of the reviews for her regional theater work include praise for her performance as Portia in Julius Caesar with Chesapeake Shakespeare Company, where she was described as “heart-torn” and expressing “pain and fear in voice, body, and spirit” (here) and in another review as “fiery and affecting” (here). In Living Dead in Denmark at Connecticut Repertory Theatre, she was noted as “effectively bringing to life in both english and spanish the fierless (‘Lady M’)” (here).

In 2022, she received the award for Best Supporting Actress at the Victoria Espinosa Awards for the Micro Theatre Platform "Theatre in 15". During her time at UConn, where she is currently in her third year of an MFA in Acting, she has also received the Aetna Award for her writing of a short film addressing OCD and mental health, as well as the Zach's Award for the same project, a recognized honor at the Graduate Level.
